How are Providers Selected?
PPNI is a national healthcare service network including over 400,000 preferred Providers. Providers are selected based on quality, range of services, price and location, and each application is thoroughly evaluated and credentialed and then re-credentialed every two years. Through this extensive evaluation process, the PPNI network is able to provide a significant array of services while maintaining the highest quality of care.
Benefits of Joining the Network
Repricing a claim is quick and easy. If you should require assistance, our friendly Claims Department staff is available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, CST to take your claims over the phone and reprice your claim according to your Agreement. Simply call our toll free number, 1-(866) 776-4872, and tell them you'd like to reprice a claim over the phone; it's that easy!
Increased Patient Base
PPNI services thousands of patients nationwide through its client affiliations. With our program, Members are encouraged to seek care from PPNI participating Providers to obtain reduced pricing on their medical care. Since our Members are instructed to pay for their care at the time of service, you will increase your cash-paying patient volume and eliminate the need to submit a claim and have to wait for reimbursement.
Listed in Our Provider Search Tool
As the primary servicing network for many of our Member associations, PPNI Providers will automatically appear first in the list of participating providers ahead of our affiliate network providers. Our Provider Search Tools allows Members to search by zip code and specialty classification. By being presented as one of the primary chosen providers on the list, Members will have the opportunity to consider your practice first!

- No claims to file just call our Claims Department and obtain the repriced amount by phone while the patient is in the office. Collect the discounted amount at the time of service.
- No claim form is required for most services. Claim forms may be required for accidents and some office visit indemnity plans.

- Our fully trained staff appreciates your time and strives to provide world class Provider support services on each and every interaction.
- Payment is made at time of service. Patients do not need a referral to see participating physicians but we encourage Members to contact us for the most up to date listings.
